Reading Skill: Story is Fun

In this section, kids will learn to  read with more complex phonic decoding. Double syllable words and 

punctuations are introduced. Suitable for Kindergarteners to further enhance their reading skills.

Read the short story belows:

The Little Fish

The King & The Ring




In this Story kids will learn about:

* Double syllable words something, dropped
* New sounds "sw" as in "swing", "str" as in "string" "fl" as in "sling", "br" as in "bring".
* Complex Phonic decoding "swing", string - share a common sound of "ing",
* Punctuations like the full stop or period (.) which is used to mark the end of the statement or setence.
* Some new words king, swing, sing, ring, wing, bring, fling, bird, happy, took, cried, something, flapped, away, saw, came, down
* Extra Words cling, spring, sting, sling, zing
